Updated Maxi Hi-Speed variator for Kymco
Polini has added an updated Maxi Hi-Speed variator application for the Kymco Agility 300i E4 - enhancing its performance, throttle response and durability.
The chromium nickel steel shaft has a very low friction coefficient thanks to the carbon-based DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) treatment - an advanced and innovative technology developed for sliding and high wear components in racing and aeronautical applications.
The shaft has a large internal pocket for the lubricant, inside of which is a special spring that allows a constant supply of grease, even during the hardest conditions of use. This ensures a reliable and consistent performance so that it is no longer necessary to continuously adjust the rollers to find the best performance of your variator.
The Polini Maxi Hi-Speed variator for Kymco Agility 300i E4 is supplied complete with a 15% harder compression spring - increasing the engine rotation speed when starting. The rollers weigh 16 g and the pulley is designed with a new 13-degree angle of inclination.
