Leading Danish brake pad manufacturer SBS Friction continues to update the functionality of its online presence to make it ever easier for dealers and their customers to make sure they are buying, installing or selling the right brake pad for the right application.
Their new online search tool is a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy to find the right brake pads for almost any bike.
"Brake pads are made in many different compounds and qualities and all for a specific use," says SBS' CSO Christel Munk Pedersen. "For instance, for street, racing or off-road use, the brake pads need to match the exact vehicle to get the best performance and durability.
"We have now made it easy for our customers to find the right match at our online product selector - the place to make sure you will find the recommended and optional brake pads – front and rear – when you type the bike into the Finder.
"For example, the exact right brake pads, front and rear, can be found for the new 2019 BMW 1000SRR – depending on whether it is used for street or racing - in just a few seconds."
SBS says its technical staff update the database that drives the Finder Tool on a daily basis, with new vehicles and products added continuously. For most vehicles the product selector will also find the matching clutch kits and brake discs from the fast growing SBS range, making the new tool a time- saving one-stop-package specifier.
