Hands-free urban intercoms
Mostly associated with hard luggage for OEMs and the aftermarket, Spanish manufacturer NAD S.A. has two updated models of hands-free intercoms in its SHAD brand that are aimed at the urban communication market.
Using the latest available generation of Bluetooth technology, the new UC helmet kits are said to "improve functionality, sound quality, connectivity and voice command" and to be "compatible with, but 25% smaller and lighter, than their previous BC versions of hands-free intercoms".
With added intercommunication function between Bluetooth devices, the design is said to be "better fitting in helmets, while being more discrete with a smaller profile and updated look".
