Claimed by SIXS of Italy to be "the lightest and most advanced technical underwear ever", its new 'Light' line 'BreezyTouch' (BT) features a "revolutionary fabric in terms of lightness, thermoregulation capacity and breathability that has resulted in a versatile new line for motorcyclists, cyclists and sportsmen and women in general.
"Designed for the hottest seasons and conditions and capable of guaranteeing maximum comfort when the effort is at the maximum, this new material is also effective and comfortable when the expenditure of energy is less intense".
SIXS says that 'BreezyTouch' is named for the "touch of freshness" feeling that you get when wearing any garment in the new line and that this is the lightest fabric ever used to date in a SIXS product.
"The new BT fabric, in fact, is 40% lighter than our original carbon underwear 4-seasons fabric and 27% lighter than the one from which our previous 'Light' line was made - which it replaces - and offers 20% higher breathability.
"To make the fabric even more breathable, its composition has been optimised, eliminating the polyamide and increasing the percentage of polypropylene with the use of a 50% thinner thread."
The new SIXS underwear 'Light BT' line is suitable for all sports practiced in high temperature conditions and can be worn directly in contact with the skin, alone, or under normal sportswear.
