Vertex - 2025 MXGP Champion Pistons
At the end of a fantastic season decided in the last round held in Australia, Vertex GP Racers Choice pistons won the MXGP world title alongside the factory Kawasaki KRT rider Romain Febvre.
A success that came ten years after the one achieved by the Frenchman in 2015, when he became world champion riding the 450 Yamaha - also equipped with Vertex Pistons.
The 2025 season also saw several other significant results for Vertex athletes - a result of the close collaborations that have linked Vertex to the many of most prestigious factory teams in the MX World Championship – in addition to KRT, teams such as Honda HRC, Yamaha Monster, Fantic Motor, TM and Beta.
The GP Racers Choice line also featured in the first three places in the WMX world championship, with the Dutch Lotte Van Drunen winning the competition for the Yamaha De Baets team, ahead of the Italian Kiara Fontanesi and the Spaniard Daniela Guillen.
Vertex' Race Evolution pistons range – designed, engineered and manufactured specifically for 2-strokes dominated the EMX125 with Nicolò Alvisi the new champion with the KTM of the Racestore team.
