Exan - KTM 790 Adventure
Milan based exhaust manufacturer Exan is offering two EURO 5+ homologated exhaust upgrade choices for the 2025 Euro 5+ KTM 790 Adventure.
The X-RALLY exhaust has rhomboid design muffler with a stainless-steel outlet and visible welding at the union - "embellished with a hint of retro styling. It is the ideal solution for those who want a gritty aesthetic combined with lively performance, especially at medium and high revs."

It is lighter than the stock exhaust and available in four variants - carbon, titanium, stainless steel and black stainless steel - with slip-on connection to the original manifolds.
The Exan OV-RALLY is an oval-shaped muffler body with a look reminiscent of the vintage off-road aesthetic that is so popular at this time. "It is an extremely light exhaust, ideal for those who want agility and speed, especially in the 'turns and twisties'. It delivers a faster engine response, especially in the medium and high rev ranges.

"The stainless-steel union with visible welding that characterises other models in the Exan range, adds an aggressive tone detail to the overall design. Compared to the X-GP (another Exan exhaust) it differs in design geometry with an oval rather than round body, and a conical design end cap.
It is available in carbon, titanium, stainless steel and black stainless steel, and comes as a Slip-on silencer with connection to the original manifolds.
