LeoVince LV-14
The LeoVince LV-14, LV-14 Black Edition, LV-14 R and LV-14 R Black Edition are said to "represent 70-years of technical and stylistic innovation. Unique shapes and state-of-the-art materials combine to create a durable and elegant exhaust that enhances aesthetics and riding pleasure."
The LV-14 and LV-14 Black Edition silencers feature sound-absorbing materials with high thermal resistance, hand-assembled for a characteristic LeoVince sound signature and hand crafted TIG welds. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel they "combine Italian design and craftsmanship for a product suitable for every adventure".
The autoclave processed 2x2 twill weave carbon fibre end-cap design "is designed to emphasise the look of modern Adventure bikes. Depending on the application, the silencer is complemented by a laser-machined stainless steel or carbon fibre frame mounting bracket, both engineered for mechanical strength and weight reduction."
The LV-14 R and LV-14 R Black Edition adds "innovative shapes, cutting-edge materials aerodynamics and elegance to the LV-14 story with a silencer that has the high thermal resistance special packing material hand-assembled to a straight-through internal muffler core equipped with a db-killer."
Made in stainless steel or titanium for reduced weight with improved resistance and durability "we have applied all of our experience in international competitions to shape these materials into the most aerodynamic and harmonious shape.
"The asymmetrically cut end-cap is with an innovative compression moulding process, using a 2x2 twill weave carbon fibre that is pre-impregnated with a special high temperature resistant resin and then vacuum cured in a hot press.
For optimised mechanical resistance and weight reduction, a carbon fibre bracket bolted to the muffler sleeve emphasises the clean lines and asymmetrical styling.
