German scooter parts and performance specialist SIP Scootershop will stage its popular annual open day at its Landsburg (Bavaria) headquarters on 31st May, 2025.
The SIP Scootershop open day is traditionally the annual start to the scooter season in southern Germany with scooter riders from near and far getting on the move every May. Nearby scooter enthusiast gatherings in Munich, Augsburg, Ingolstadt and other area meeting points make southern Germany a prime scooter touring destination for enthusiasts, form all over Europe (and further away).
The SIP Scootershop open day represents a big rally destination for Vespa and Lambretta riders in Upper Bavaria. Last year saw SIP mark "30 Years of Performance and Style" with some 3,500 visitors drawn to the company's custom designed facilities
Highlights will include the SIP Scootershop flagship store, used parts and used scooter market, performance measurements on a calibrated P4 Amerschläger test bench for a voluntary donation of € 10 (who will break the horsepower record?), the visitor Photowall, guided tours through the SIP facility, information stands from the Vespa Cowboys, Vespa Club Munich, Vespa Club of Germany and company stands from Pinasco, BFA, Bitubo, Dunlop, EGIG, NISA and Scootering Magazine.
