Z900 make-over optionsFrench specialist Ermax is offering styling upgrades for the 2017 Kawasaki Z900, including this 30cm sport style nose screen made in thermoformed PMMA (Polymethyl methacrylate), a plastic noted for its high light transmission, extremely long service life, high resistance to UV light and weathering, and what is said to be the greatest surface hardness of all thermoplastics.
Another benefit is its ability to take unlimited colouring options, and Ermax are offering their nose screen in 16 colours, with 16 optional screen-printed designs available.
Also seen here, and made from thermoformed ABS, are model-specific designs of two-piece belly pans with air channelling and grilles for covering the low part of the engine and a racing rear hugger with integrated chain guard and rear shock absorber protection coverage.
Also in ABS, their seat cowl is available painted in Kawasaki stock colours, two-colour and tri-colour, to “bring a racing look to the stock Z900”, and soon available will be an undertail in Kawasaki stock colours, carbon or raw, that is said to complete the rear fairing and is delivered with fitting kit aluminium license plate support with arm and top plate and retro reflector support in black anodised aluminium; EC-approved plate lighting and mini blinkers also included.
