Kawasaki announced net sales of ¥137.7 Bn for the second quarter (ending September 30th 2014) of its current financial year (ending March 31st 2015).
That puts sales at -1.9 percent compared to the same 2014 financial year accounting period, and leaves the company still forecasting net sales of ¥320 Bn for the full current financial year.
Kawasaki will be hoping that the huge hype generated by the launch of the Ninja H2 will translate into increased demand throughout their range |
In motorcycle ATV, UTV and PWC unit terms, Kawasaki say they sold 21,000 units to Europe in their second quarter, with 36,000 sold to North America, 9,000 units in Japan and 201,000 of the 267,000 quarterly total sold to emerging and "other" markets.
