Replacement Kawasaki charging kit boosts power by +50%
New from internationally recognised specialist Rick's Motorsport Electrics (New Hampshire, USA), this new high-output charging kit for a wide range of Kawasaki 400, 440 and 750 cc models from 1978 to 1983 will convert the OE single phase system into a more modern 3-phase system and in doing so increase the output power by 50%.
The kit comes with a brand-new stator and rectifier/regulator, along with installation instructions. Rick's also sells a version for those that want to change over to lithium batteries, and says it has another kit planned for the KZ650s.
