The final Brabus 1290 Super Duke Special Edition
Although it will have long since sold out by the time you are reading this, if you had the required € 42,000 looking for a home, this is the latest limited edition collaboration between KTM and German high-performance automotive aftermarket tuning company Brabus.
Only 50 examples of this Brabus 1300 R 'Masterpiece' edition are being built (in Onyx Black and, as seen here, in Diamond White), founded (only 50 are being built), if had the required Limited edition of just 50 naked bikes, sporting exclusive BRABUS design and available in two premium colour schemes - "Onyx Black" and "Diamond White".
The first Brabus motorcycle was presented in February 2022, using the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO platform as its base. That first 'special' was limited to 77 examples. The second - the 'Edition 23' - comprised two colourway collections made up of 145 motorcycles each.
This is slated to be the final Brabus motorcycle series - 25 per colour - and is being produced as a farewell to the LC8 V-twin engine found in the KTM 1290 Super Duke R and rated at 132 kW/180 hp at 9,500 rpm with peak torque of 140 Nm at 8,000 rpm.
Highlights include an exclusive carbon package, Brabus Monoblock-Z 'Gold Platinum' forged alloy wheels, Brabus slip-on dual exhaust, Brabus CNC-milled triple clamp, footpegs, WP APEX semi-active suspension and steering damper, matt black trellis frame and integrated winglets.
