Motoplastic

CBR1000RR screen

In a year that has seen Spanish manufacturer Motoplastic celebrate another WSBK Championship win as a ‘sportive’ and technical partner with KRT (Kawasaki Racing), the Barcelona based specialist continues to add to its range.

Following the launch of a new generation of sport and touring windscreen options for naked style bikes such as Yamaha’s MT-09, another recent new product is this precise fit, round finish edge, model-specific design of Z-Racing screen for the 2017 Honda CBR1000RR.

Available in dark smoke, light smoke, clear, carbon look, black, blue and red, it is made of 3 mm “high-impact” acrylic and optimised for rider protection and airflow using their virtual wind tunnel - providing 43% improvement on aerodynamic wind protection compared to the OE fitment, but still using the OE hardware for mounting.
Additional new products this year included their 2.0 levers, GT Back and Hypernaked mirrors, R-Fighter S footpegs and lights options.

Also seen here, from Puig’s new ‘Naked New Generation’ screen series, this virtual wind tunnel derived Z650 design is available in two versions - Sport or Touring - in “high-impact” acrylic, offering “optimised aerodynamics for improved wind protection”. Available in a selection of colourways, which come with model-specific hardware.
