Gear set for Piaggio models
After having manufactured the variator gearbox for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various ratios for all 'Ciao' enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track or Touring.
Made of alloy steel that has been specifically specified for manufacturing gears, these new Pinasco 'Sprint Gears' are "extremely resistant and silent". The main pinion has a helical profile to cancel the axial oscillation of the clutch shaft - a component of the forces at play that "pulls" the shaft inwards - always guaranteeing the correct alignment of the half pulleys, even under the heaviest use conditions.
Pinasco 'Sprint Gears' are supplied with spacers and can also be fitted on all Piaggio original variator wheel hubs. Available in ratios from 9.2:1 to 12.3:1.
