Kudos to Ralf Jodl and the team at SIP Scootershop in Germany
A nexus for the scooter community throughout Europe (and further afield), SIP Scootershop is as much a community as it is a parts and accessory business, so when it heard about how its friends from the Vespa Club in Ukraine were responding to the crisis in their country, the Scootershop team had to show its solidarity.
They did so with a € 3,000 donation to "Médecins sans Frontières".
Scootershop was in constant contact with many club members who were in Kyiv as the invasion gathered pace and giving its support and services to the volunteer headquarters - delivering food, supplies and medicines for civilians.
These pictures were taken by Aleks Valter in Kyiv around March 1st and 2nd, 2022, the week after the invasion started. Kudos to Ralf Jodl and the team at SIP Scootershop in Germany, but also to the Vespa Club of Ukraine for "stepping up".
