Yoshimura - Suzuki GSX-8R/S Speed Series full system
Yoshimura has had a busy year so far with several new U.S. made exhaust systems already, including for the Honda CBR 1000 RR, Kawasaki Ninja 500, CFMoto Papio SS and, as seen here, for the Suzuki GSX-8R/S.
The Suzuki 800 twin platform is a new configuration for 2023-24 and it produces quite a punch for a parallel twin. Yoshimura brings you the uncompromised power of its Speed Series system for the new GSX-8R/S.

"Our AT2 Speed Series Works Finish full system with carbon fibre heel guard was developed to optimise the power on the new 776 cc, 270-degree engine, and the results were astounding.
"On the dyno, the new Suzuki really came to life, adding a max. hp of 5.7% and a torque gain of 6.1%. As development continued, the weight savings of 6.5 pounds was very noticeable (the stock muffler weighs 17.3 lbs. There's no mistaking the sound of a Yoshimura exhaust on a Suzuki, notwithstanding the AT2 Race Series on the 8R produces an iconic Yoshimura twin bark that should be patented!"
Available options for this full system are Yoshimura's low volume insert INS-04-K and its AB bracket kit 200BG117200.

Also seen here, Yoshimura has put its iconic TRI-Oval dual titanium tip muffler kit back into production for a limited run.
Produced in Chino, California, in 10" length, the TRI-Oval dual tip muffler was so iconic in the 90s and early 2000s that Yoshimura has now brought it back, for a while at least, as part of its 'Builders Series'.

Made with a titanium custom-crafted dual tip, carbon fibre sleeve and polished stainless front cap, it will be in limited production only a few times per year in very low quantities. Features include a 2" inlet on front cap, carbon, titanium and stainless construction; it weighs just 3.7 lbs. This 1.50" to 2" taper adaptor is what most fabricators will need when using the TRI-Oval dual tip.
