KABUTO: New from the Japanese helmet manufacturer is the 'Ibuki', a touring flip-up manufactured in two shell sizes with "advanced composite technology", dual density impact absorption liner, Pinlock visor, patented "wake stabiliser" and forced air ventilation system; www.kabuto-europe.com

 

SBS: Always proud of its well earned race credentials, this year the Danish brake pad manufacturer showcased its relationships with Nicolò Canepa's Team Althea Racing Panigale, Ryan Villopoto's Kawasaki Factory Team MXGP bike, and a special SBS version of the spectacular Ducati Desmosedici RR from Danish team JSB Racing; www.sbs.dk

UFO PLAST: It has been another good year for Italian off-road parts and apparel specialist UFO Plast's race investments with supported riders taking the MXGP title (Romain Febvre, Yamaha - also a member of the victorious French MXDN team) and the WMX title with Italian Kiara Fontanesi again winning the Women's World title on a Yamaha YZ250F; www.ufoplast.com

 

CNC RACING: Italian sportsbike parts and accessory specialist Luca Fornaini of CNC Racing continues to innovate - recent new product introductions include an entire programme of model-specific custom options for Ducati's award-winning 2015 Multistrada. Well known for their clutch actuators, CNC now have a version of their 30-percent effort-saving design available for the Multistrada; CNC footrests have been researched for the ergonomics of the Multistrada, and new cranks for the gear change side and rear brake are also available; www.cncracing.it

 

INNTECK: One of Italy's best known distributors, and one of the largest distributors of motorcycle seals and related products for Swedish manufacturer SKF (the "knowledge engineering company"), recent product news has included stock replacement shock absorber floating pistons that replace stock fixed position designs to improve response and durability and friction-reducing Glide kits for Showa SFF-Air TAC forks; www.innteck.com

 

PAASCHBURG & WUNDERLICH: Following the death of owner Uwe Paaschburg in September at the age of 59, it was no doubt a tough week for the P&W team, but it was good to see the well known Hamburg based designer, manufacturer and distributor "keeping the flag flying" - the best possible tribute to a highly respected industry professional; www.pwonline.de
